DAY 1: Retrospec Goes to NAB 2013 in Vegas
Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 04:18AM So far we are very impressed with NAB 2013. It has been 2 years since we have come so a lot has changed. We are here at NAB with a long list of gear to purchase. This includes a new camera, fluid head, matte box, grips, remote focus control unit, on board monitor, wireless microphones, a high hat, and a few other small toys. Chris, our visual effects artist, is also looking at some new post production plug-ins and software that will take us to the next level. Basically we are upgrading everything that we use to make a living! Needless to say this trip is every important. After taking extensive notes today, tomorrow we will go back, negotiate, and purchase some new gear to make better films and videos than we did last year!
